Warranty & Service GuaranteeThe Company guarantees professional delivery of all services included in the package.In the unlikely event of service failure (e.g., equipment malfunction, staff absence, or file loss), the Company will provide:A partial refund proportional to the affected service, orAlternative arrangements such as reshooting portraits (where possible).The warranty does not cover dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences (e.g., artistic style, menu taste, décor shades).8. Delivery TimelineDigital content (e.g., photos/videos) will be delivered within [X weeks] after the event.Physical items (e.g., albums, printed materials, décor items) will be delivered within [X weeks/months] unless otherwise agreed.9.
